The Starry Night Shimmer Crayon can be utilized for a dark, shimmery base to create entrancing and deep smoky eyes.

Apply to the skin with a brush or foam applicator. Use a flat brush to press shadows directly onto the eyelids. Use a fluffy shadow brush to blend and diffuse shades. You can utilize shades like White, Tahitian Teal, Sandstorm, and Gold to brighten eye makeup. Try creating deep smokey eyes with Sapphire, Galaxy Dust, and Night Club. Gently wipe off makeup with Hydra Cleanse or warm soapy water.
